End User Licence Agreement
Last updated 14 August 2026
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Moegamad Ryklief t/a Pigeon Pedigree Manager Pro (the "Publisher") for the Pigeon Pedigree Manager Pro browser application and documentation (the "Software"). By creating an account or using the Software you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Licence grant
The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this EULA and, for paid plans, an active licence or a current paid period, the Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Software through your own browser account.
2. Trial, subscription and lifetime use
The Software may be used on a free trial for a limited time and with limited features. Paid access is provided as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a once-off lifetime licence, as described at purchase. If a subscription ends or lapses, the Software enters read-only mode: you can still open, view, print and export your data, but not add or edit records until a paid licence is active again.
3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software except to the extent that law expressly permits; nor rent, lease, lend, resell or share your account or licence access. Each licence is for your own use.
4. Your data
Data you create with the Software remains yours. Your bird records, pedigrees, photographs, loft details and settings are stored on your account on our infrastructure so you can sign in from any device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export a full backup at any time, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups.
5. Intellectual property
All title and intellectual-property rights in the Software belong to the Publisher and are protected by law.
6. Termination
This EULA ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software. Your data remains yours: you can export your web app data and request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and the Publisher is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. Please keep backups of your data.
8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
